It is often overlooked if an agent does not feel connected and that is your first sign they are not really seeking connection <—- no matter how scheduled a realtor is you should always feel like the only one!!! ☝️
Very true! However, many agents lack follow through and good communication skills. So I look for those qualities before signing anything.
